Claudia
Claudia was born and bred in Brooklyn’s Borough Park neighborhood. As a child she learned how to play the fun games, e.g. stoop ball, rode her bicycle throughout Brooklyn, loved going to the beach (Coney Island or Rockaway) and hopped on the subway for adventures in the other boroughs. Claudia studied BioChemistry at Stern College and received her Masters in Science Education at CUNY’s City College. She devoted her career (30 plus years) to teaching secondary school science in Brooklyn and Staten Island and has been a Hunter College field supervisor for aspiring science teachers for the past 15 years.
Leading tours throughout New York City is a great fit for Claudia! Every tour she delivers includes the smell of salt water from the beach, the roar of the crowds at sports events or the aha moment when learning new and exciting things that only a native of this city can deliver!

Claudia started in relocation service industry about 10 years ago. She was contacted by a relocation company to assist a transferee in Staten Island. Thereafter, Claudia has been involved with helping other newcomers to the Metro NYC area and NorthEastern PA with their relocation needs.

Meredith
Call her a typical Staten Island girl and she will not be offended! Meredith was born and bred on the Island. She loves to tell the tales of her childhood rolling through the New York City streets after school going from museum to museum.
Meredith earned her college degrees in History, and taught in Brooklyn high schools. Leading tours throughout New York was a great fit for Meredith! Every tour has a story that unfolds, describing each detail, which you can smell, taste and touch. Meredith
Meredith was born and bred in Staten Island NY. As a young girl the city always allured her to its vibrant dculture. Growing up in the Willowbrook neighborhood there were always children from all different backgrounds at PS 54, IS 72 and Curtis High School. Same was true at Mercyhurst College in the far reaches of Northwestern PA, leading to graduating with a B.A. major in history.
Post graduation from college, she became a Social Studies teacher in Brooklyn’s New Utrecht HS, followed by tour directing as a natural succession to teaching. For the past two decades Meredith has been tour directing and relocating executives in the tristate area.
